St Agnes Head (1)

A dull and cold day but I just had to get out there. The first time this year that I've even seen the sea, let alone get down there among the cliffs and waves.

Andy Rodker replied to Gillian Everett:

I think of myself as being capable of traversing seashore border rocks with relative impunity but I met my match with this lot, that's for sure. Thank you, Gillian.

Fantastic shot here - reminds me of Hartland Quay!!! Those boys were idiots playing all over those rocks. If they'd fallen off and into the water, they would have been in big trouble.

Yes a brilliant photo of the end of the coastline. This reminds me of Hartland Quay. Those boys were stupid and reckless to risk their lives doing that on those rocks. If they'd slipped and fallen in the sea, they would have had a lot of trouble trying to get out.

Andy Rodker replied to Jenny McIntyre:

Thank you, Jenny. Actually they were about 50/50 girls and boys.

Spectacular surf and rocks! I can believe that stupidity/recklessness aren't gender-linked ;)

Andy Rodker replied to slgwv:

Well, they were so sure-footed and, inbetween bouts of sunbathing and listening to (too loud) whatever was popular at that time, totally at one with whatever steepness of cliff, or tricky manouevre required on the rocks that I suspect they had been coming here for years and they certainly showed me up for all my fumblings along the rocks here!
