Crane Island, North Cliffs, Cornwall

My preferred low tide rock-hopping walk passes by here. In the distance is Porthcadjack Cove with Asparagus and Samphire Islands.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4VEXl4vsq4 sight and sound. Two absolute legends - gelling very nicely here!

I would give anything to be at the beach right now. Fall or Winter is the best time to be there.

Andy Rodker replied to xenophora:

I agree! This beach never sees the hordes, paths down are steep and only the locals know them! Thank you!

A beautiful rock-strewn coastal view...............I especially like the detail on that huge rock bottom left in the frame. The distant cliffs are quite imposing and make a super backdrop.

You seem to be getting out and about a fair bit Andy...........which is good to see. Enjoy the rest of your weekend,.

An outstanding pint of view, Andy. The geology here looks very interesting, and I love the shapes created by the weathering. I think you may be standing on a wave cut platform?
