I reply to you from downtown Madrid, Jenny. This photo is, I guess, of a place no more than 30 km away! When walking in these mountains you wouldn't believe you were anywhere near a capital city!
You see next to nobody else here either. The reason? No restaurants anywhere near! A Madrileño will only go into the country if there is a decent 3 hour lunch to be had, THAT is a good day out in the country! Strange but very very true!
