Brilliant - really enjoyed the whole sequence - I gather that the video and stills were all from the SM-G973F.. and the SM-A528B ?.... // Cheers' from Dj.
That's correct. All scenes were taken with the Galaxy S10 (me) and Galaxy A52 (my wife), in the 16x9 UHD 30 setting. This has the advantage that I can crop during the cut without losing the sharpness of the image.
Furthermore, one has the possibility to cut out well resolved single images in a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels. And thirdly, the advantage of smartphones in such simple lay videos is that they have a good depth of field. You don't have to worry about focusing any more than you have to worry about exposure. It is especially advantageous when filming in the cliff face.
For video production, I use MAGIX Video deluxe 2023 Premium. It is an inexpensive programme for hobby users that is completely sufficient for such applications.
