Chrissy, these are really cool! Nicely done and fun to stare at. I've never done a physical collage except when I was a kid, but I do enjoy them on the computer. However, I usually collage for immersive backgrounds to enhance a subject. Creating a group collage isn't something I do as much. An inspiring thought...
