Das Gebäude vor der Uspenski-Kathedrale ist das Hauptquartier des finnisch-schwedischen Konzerns Stora Enso und wurde 1962 nach einem Entwurf des Architekten Alvar Aalto errichtet.

Man muss wohl Stararchitekt sein, um solch einfallslose Architektur verkaufen und an prominentem Ort realisieren zu können.
