A walk up to and over the Kinloch river here on the Island of Rum with the peak of Hallival showing its dominance. We have hiked much higher upstream (on our left) but beyond this bridge we will shortly come back to the road and our route continues downstream. This photo with the trees belies the fact that the island is largely devoid of them.
