HWW ~ The Western Isles Ferry at Inverie Pier

A good day for another boat trip and this time we are sailing into Loch Nevis to and from the tiny village of Inverie on the Knordart Peninsular. We have just docked here and as you can see its passengers have alighted. Just a couple of hundred metres away we will come to the village itself where we can enjoy the views and a pub lunch if required. More about all that later!
The PiP shows us on our way here in the majestic but very lonely Loch Nevis. Again anther photo of this to follow too.

You sound like an old sea-dog, Lothar (˚◡˚) . It was a most wonderful sail to here then back again. Had we time enough, we could have gone all the way to the end of the Loch Nevis to Tarbet but then we could not have explored Inverie. The old small ferry was quite charming.

Haha, the trip is long over Poly as you might now notice this was our April holiday. The top pier was quite wide and most of these people would have been at least a metre away from the edge.
