Loch Alsh from Balmacara

A panoramic phone view from the front of our cottage overlooking Loch Alsh. We are looking south at the Isle of Skye here. It was here that I glimpsed an otter one day but I missed it when it was on the wall eating its catch a day later. On our last night, these flat waters were to reflect the aurora borealis but like the illusive otters we missed those too. Such is life sometimes!

Herb Riddle replied to Chris Bowness:

It was in a good place. An old fisherman's cottage maybe -a little simple but a nice week had there.
