Very nice long-exposure shot Steve with just a whisper of mist on the water indicating long gone movement. Great colours and interesting granite colours. Well done.

Cheers, Herb

Steve Paxton replied to Herb Riddle:

Herb you are right in part to loose the people on the rocks as well. the different colours from the growths on the rocks next to the sea not the usual colours in land.

This is beautiful, Steve. Wonderful colours on the background rocks, and a gorgeous silky sheen on the water where the 'elephant' is bathing.

Where an ND filter comes into its own i could only do this on my own not in a bus and the main reason i wanted the car. it was interesting to share the shot on the day with those interested as the front of the camera was black from the ND filter. my fav. can you find the two small boys in the shot. look for a ghost... many thanks my fav of the trip.
