Zanella (Adopted)
Zanella is a gorgeous young lady who arrived with her kittens. Her kittens were all adopted months ago, and Zanella continues to await her own forever home. Zanella has some permanent damage to her right eye, but she's still able to see fine. She also has a bit of a heart murmur. Overall, she's a happy girl who cuddles at night. Zanella is still adjusting to strangers, so she will need ample time to warm up to forever humans. Zanella is available for adoption for $50. She has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Zanella tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia.
Alealea (Adopted)
Alealea is a gorgeous young lady, about a year old. She is affectionate and outgoing, a pleasant relatively mellow presence. Alealea arrived spayed. She's been vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Alealea tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She is available for adoption for $50.
Pyro (ADOPTED)
Pyro is a handsome, outgoing, appreciative fella who would love a forever home where he could bask in affection. Pyro has been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. He tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Pyro is available for adoption for $50.
Buford (Adopted)
Buford is a handsome fella, very laidback and friendly. He's negative for FIV/FeLV and gets along well with others. Buford must have had some sort of injury to his side as he has a permanent bald spot (tested negative for ringworm). He's been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Buford is available for adoption for $50.
Carlisle (Adopted)
Carlisle is a gorgeous white with gray lady who is likely 5 years old. This beauty was dumped outside when her family moved right before New Years. We were able to trap two of her fellow felines but one sadly died before we could get it. Carlisle is spayed and has been vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Carlisle doesn't like change much, but she does adapt. She is available for adoption for $50.
Zenon (ADOPTED)
Zenon is an incredibly handsome flamepoint DMH who was dumped out in winter along with Carlisle and Tompkins. He's likely about 5 years old as well. Zenon is neutered. He has been vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Zenon tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He is available for adoption for $50. Of note, Zenon has a sensitive stomach and does best on a raw diet. He's currently eating free-range chicken parts with supplements from Woody's Pet Food Deli.
Tompkins (ADOPTED)
Tompkins is a hunk of orange goodness, a super sweet fella who was dumped out in the cold along with Carlisle and Zenon when their family moved away. Tompkins is neutered. He has been vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Tompkins tested negative for FIV/FeLV and is available for adoption for $50.
Anaya (ADOPTED)
Anaya is a gorgeous friendly young gal who will be available for adoption by mid-Febraury. Anaya has been vaccinated against distemper. She will be vaccinated against rabies next week. She already tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Anaya is already spayed. She will be available for adoption for $50.
Jujubee (One Day Available for Adoption)
Jujubee is a gorgeous lady with a sad tale of riding in a car engine, being freed, then being dragged by her tail for a mile by the very same car. Thankfully, Jujubee has a wonderfully sweet nature through all she has face and is doing remarkably well. Jujubee will be available for adoption for $50 once she has been spayed and vaccinated and tested for FIV/FeLV. She'll be ready once her kittens are weaned!
Milo (ADOPTED)
Milo is a friendly all-gray lad, about 10 months old, who had made a home in a snowbank. He will be available for adoption for $60 once he has been neutered and vaccinated and tested for FIV/FeLV. He's certainly quick to purr and super sweet!
Janja (ADOPTED)
Janja, a tortoiseshell, had been living under a porch for a few months before she was trapped during the brutal cold stretch. Janja does have frostbite to her L ear, but it looks like she will keep it (but it's floppy). Janja is only 6 months old, and she will be available for adoption for $60 once she has been spayed and fully vaccinated as well as tested for FIV/FeLV. Janja is a sweetheart, quick to purr, and loves to play.
Miss Flick*
Four-year-old Miss Flick was trapped as a feral kitten. She has been socialized, but Miss Flick doesn't show well as she doesn't trust strangers. In general, although she can be picked up and has had her claws trimmed without incident, Miss Flick really isn't overly fond of having her four paws off the ground. Miss Flick has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Her guesstimated birth date is 9/2/14. She is available for adoption for $50 but requires a very understanding human.
Jamocha* (ADOPTED)
Jamocha is a gorgeous young lady, about 7 months old, who arrived with two botfly larvae. Those were removed, and she has been learning about trusting humans. Jamocha has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. This little beauty continues to need to gain trust but is available for adoption for $60 to an understanding human. Jamocha tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
Boozle* (Adoption Pending)
Boozle is a handsome fella who has been making great strides in socialization at his foster home. He's a playful lad who has a lot of love to give as well. Both he is nervous around strangers yet but adapting well. Boozle has been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. He tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Boozle is available for adoption for $60.
Wycliffe (FIV+; SPECIAL NEEDS: One Day Available for Adoption)
Wycliffe is a handsome ol' tom who will be available for adoption once we get him neutered and some dental work done. Wycliffe is missing his right eye and legally blind in his left eye. He does have some peripheral vision, so our veterinarians do not want to remove the eye. Wycliffe is a love, crying for attention with the wimpiest feline voice. His itty bitty voice puts a smile on faces. Wycliffe will be available for adoption for $50.
Baldwin (FIV+)
Baldwin is a handsome, outgoing, wonderfully loving fella who had a rough life on the streets. Baldwin tested positive for FIV (but negative for feline leukemia). He's been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. This affectionate, playful dude is available for adoption for $50.
Violet (FeLV+)
Violet is an outgoing, mischievous 2 year old who has carried the feline leukemia virus for years. She was adopted, but her human returned her shortly after he returned her gravely ill FeLV+ companion. We sadly had to say goodbye to Charlotte immediately, but Violet has a whole lot of living left. Violet is spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She is available for adoption for $50 to a home either without other cats or with other FeLV+ cats (she gets along fine with the other two FeLV+ girls here).
Bianchi*
Bianchi is a beautiful young lady, sister to Ponzi, who has transitioned from feral to friendly, loving to cuddle, but still nervous around strangers. She was born in April 2018. Bianchi has been spayed, vaccinated against rabies and distemper, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Bianchi is available for adoption for $60.
Chadwick (ADOPTED)
Chadwick is a hunk of handsomeness, a friendly fella who arrived with his two semi-feral kittens. Yes, daddy was raising his kittens as a devoted papa. Chadwick is ready to find his forever home. Chadwick has been neutered, vaccinated against rabies and distemper, and tested for FIV/FeLV (negative/negative). This beautiful boy is available for adoption for $50.
Buzz* (ADOPTED)
Buzz is a 7-month-old kitten who has been learning the joys of indoor living. Buzz is insecure around strangers, retreating to a safe place. He's been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Buzz tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He is available for adoption for $60 to a home that will continue his socialization.
Bix* (ADOPTED)
Bix is a 7-month-old kitten who, like his brother Buzz, has been learning the joys of indoor living. Bix is farther along than Buzz but still not sure what to think of strangers. He's been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Bix tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He is available for adoption for $60 to a home that will continue his socialization.
Spivey
Spivey is a gorgeous girl of about 3 to 5 years of age. She's adapted nicely to indoor living. Spivey enjoys affection, but also provides a quiet presence in a home. She's never late to dinner. Spivey is spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Spivey is available for adoption for $50.
Merino (ADOPTED)
Merino is 2 ½ years old, neutered, vaccinated against both rabies and distemper. This hunk of handsomeness tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He is cuddly but overall rather shy, preferring a quiet home. Merino is bottom of the totem pole, inviting other felines to target him, so he would be best either as an only feline or with a very mellow companion. Merino is available for adoption for $50.
Lisette (ADOPTED)
Lisette is a gorgeous half-tailed year-old lady who has been bounced around a bit. Lisette became opinionated about something in her last home, and she reached the point of expressing her opinion by deliberately peeing in front of one person in particular. We strongly suspect that there were too many felines for their space, most of them younger than Lisette, and too few litterboxes. Regardless, Lisette now carries that in her history. Thankfully, though, Lisette has been living out in the main house back here and has not had any litterbox issues whatsoever. She simply was expressing her opinion in the only way she felt heard. That hasn't been an issue here. Lisette is spayed, vaccinated against rabies and distemper, and negative for FIV/FeLV. She is available for adoption for $50.
Snorkels (ADOPTED)
Snorkels is an amazingly sweet older fella who arrived with a HUGE polyp in his posterior oropharynx that would have taken his life shortly without intervention. Thankfully, the polyp was removed, and they pulled a few teeth while they were in there. This handsome fella has been neutered, vaccinated against rabies & distemper, and tested for FIV/FeLV (negative/negative). Snorkels is a complete love and is enjoying his newfound ability to both freely breathe and eat. Snorkels, plush & squishable, is available for adoption for $50.
London (ADOPTED)
London, an amazingly gorgeous, outgoing shoulder cat, has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. London is confident and does well with everyone, human, canine, feline. She is available for adoption for $50.
Brielle (ADOPTED)
Brielle was momma to Romo, Alba, Ruben, & Soria. She will be available for adoption once she is spayed. Brielle is outgoing and gentle. She has been vaccinated against distemper and rabies. Brielle tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She will be available for adoption for $50 once spayed.
Gromley, Huxley, & Lita (ADOPTED)
This little trio was born about 11/5/18 and sadly arrived to us with ringworm. We are treating them with fluconazole, Sulfinex, and lime-sulfur dips. They will be ready for adoption once cleared from ringworm and neutered/spayed.
