Devonshire (ADOPTED)
Devonshire was trapped as a very pregnant feline and soon gave birth to four gorgeous kittens. Devonshire also took into her care an additional litter of kittens rejected by their momma at birth. This lovely, outgoing, affectionate feline will be available for adoption mid-July after her kittens have been adopted. She has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She will be available for adoption for $50.
Lotus (ADOPTED)
Lotus is firstborn to Devonshire. Lotus is self-assured and knows what she wants in life. Lotus loves to clamor into laps or up onto backs or shoulders. This gorgeous wee calico was born on Mother's Day. She has been vaccinated against distemper. Adoption fee: a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of spay by 7 months of age).
Higgins (ADOPTED)
Higgins is secondborn to Devonshire. This handsome, laidback fella has inherited his momma's come-what-may approach to life. He was born on Mother's Day and has been vaccinated against distemper. Adoption fee: a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by 7 months of age).
Bromley (ADOPTED)
Bromley was the third kitten born to Devonshire on Mother's Day. Adorably precious, Bromley loves loving. This cuddly, playful boy has been vaccinated against distemper and is available for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by 7 months of age).
Mellow Monk (ADOPTED)
Monk is the youngest kitten born to Devonshire on Mother's Day. Mellow Monk lives up to his given name. He is a mellow boy, content to cuddle for hours. Oh, he is a kitten and playful, but he is a particularly cuddly young lad. Monk has been vaccinated against distemper. Adoption fee: a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by 7 months of age).
Alaia (ADOPTED)
Alaia was trapped after her momma Mirai. Sadly, Mirai had a back full of buckshot, was paralyzed, and passed away within a week of arrival into our care leaving Alaia an orphan. This beautiful little girl is 6-7 weeks old, and she is adapting well to life indoors. However, if she is adopted quickly she needs to go to a family that knows how to help her continue to adapt. Alaia uses the litterbox faithfully and has been vaccinated against distemper. She is available for adoption for a fully refundable (with verifiable proof of spay by 7 months of age) $50.
Miss Farkus
Miss Farkus was trapped as an older kitten along with her sisters. As they were all completely wild, they have been undergoing socialization. Miss Farkus loves human touch, and she is very food motivated. The beauty enjoys being carried around in her human's arms, purring up a storm. However, she is quite nervous around strangers. We are working to help her overcome her fears. Miss Farkus has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies, distemper, and feline leukemia. She is negative for FIV/FeLV. Her guesstimated birth date is 9/2/14. She is available for adoption for $60.
Pandora
Pandora is a gorgeous yet shy dilute tortoiseshell with white who longs for a quiet, loving forever home that will allow her time to adapt at her own pace. Pandora enjoys cuddling at night, but I suspect it'll take her a while to crawl into bed with her new humans. She has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Available for adoption for $40.
Bombay
Bombay is an incredibly handsome fella who is neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Bombay arrived with a broken canine, so we have a surgery planned for him. Bombay is available for adoption for $50.
Mr. Grigsby: SPECIAL NEEDS
Mr. Grigsby is a gregarious, outgoing feline. People who visit to choose a home often fall in love with his handsome looks, outgoing personality, and soft fur. However, he will need a special home. After all, Mr. Grigsby is allergic to standard cat food. He can have limited ingredient duck and pea without difficulty or, what we feed him, ground up chicken from Woody's Pet Food Deli. Of note, it isn't as simple as that. Why not? Mr. Grigsby is food obsessed. He will go after any food in the sink and even has figured out ways to open cabinets (now all have magnets holding them closed). This boy will tear into bags of anything left on the counter. We do our best to keep Mr. Grigsby away from anything that will cause him to react, but he manages to get into something every six to eight months or so. When it happens, he needs to have a steroid. His face swells and his paws swell. His lips ulcerate. If Mr. Grigsby doesn't get a steroid in time, his paw pads crack and his paws become secondarily infected thanks to the litterbox. Yep, it's best to catch it early. Mr. Grigsby requires a home that can medically care for an allergic reaction. An organized kitchen is a must, one where nothing is left out for him to devour. With all that said, Mr. Grigsby is definitely worth all the extra effort. He's been vaccinated against rabies, distemper, and feline leukemia. Adoption fee: $50.
MoMo: SPECIAL NEEDS
MoMo is our only declawed feline in the house. He arrived that way. MoMo, now approximately 8 years old, was found dodging cars scrounging for food in a grocery store parking lot. MoMo is a very quirky boy although his OCD tendencies are mellowing with age. MoMo does not want to live with other adult males (he will spray). He also at times prefers to use wee-wee pads over litterboxes. That has lessened considerably with time, but MoMo still falls into a special needs category due to his unusual litter habits. MoMo lives in his own room in our home (apart from other adult males). Thankfully, he enjoys female company as well as kittens. His room is our "kitten room" whenever we have kittens available for adoption in our home. MoMo is neutered, dewormed, and has been vaccinated against rabies, distemper, and FeLV. Adoption fee: $50.
Chiffon
Chiffon is a sweet girl, perhaps 2-3 years old, who is happy to be off the streets. Chiffon loves to cuddle, but she still is a bit hand shy when she sees a hand reach toward her. Chiffon has been vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She has been dewormed and uses the litterbox faithfully. She is spayed. Chiffon is available for adoption for $50.
Ellie
Ellie had a litter of kittens on a property, and by the time we became involved only one kitten remained (his guesstimated birth date is 11/7/14 based on what the homeowner knew). The pair joined us on 1/16/15. Ellie, albeit shy, has been around humans in the past. She was spayed on 2/11/15 as well as vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Ellie tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Ellie is available for adoption for $50.
Miss Flick (soon available for adoption)
Miss Flick, like her sisters, was trapped as a feral kitten. She has been undergoing socialization. Thankfully, Miss Flick is more comfortable around strangers, willing to take treats offered to her by unknown hands. However, we are still working on getting her comfortable being picked up. While she can be picked up and has had her claws trimmed without incident, she really isn't overly fond of having her four paws off the ground. Miss Flick has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Her guesstimated birth date is 9/2/14. She will be available for adoption for $60.
Arizona (special needs)
Arizona is the amazingly friendly, outgoing, loving momma trapped with her three kittens (Kanata, Phasma, and Dameron). She has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Sadly, Arizona tested positive for FIV. Thankfully, felines with FIV can live a long, happy, healthy life. FIV is not readily transmissible to other felines as it requires a puncture wound. As long as there is peace in the house, FIV+ felines can coexist with FIV- felines. Adoption fee: $40.
Whisper (soon available for adoption)
Whisper is a precious young man born in October. He has been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. This beautiful boy LOVES to be pet. He was quite thin when he arrived and has been happily eating up a storm. Whisper has been dewormed and uses a litterbox faithfully. He tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Whisper will be available for adoption for $50.
Murmur (one day available for adoption)
Murmur is a tiny young man, approximately 14 ½ months old. While he arrived into our care when trapped once an adult, he has been finding out about the pleasures of indoor living. Murmur has been neutered and vaccinated against rabies. He tested negative for FIV/FeLV. This boy is full-grown at 5-6 pounds. He uses the litterbox faithfully and has been dewormed. Murmur will be available for $50.
Merlin (ADOPTED)
Merlin, our resident falcon, was born 5/14/15 to Meadowlark (transferred to our care the night before after spending time at Bloomington Animal Control). Unfortunately, Meadowlark rejected the entire litter, but thankfully Devonshire welcomed the additional kittens unconditionally. Merlin is the mischievous one of the crew, looking to find trouble. He's utterly precious and lovable. Merlin will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by age 7 months) starting 7/9/15.
Rufus (ADOPTED)
Rufus, our resident Rufous Gnateater, was born on 5/14/15 to Meadowlark, a feline who had been transferred to our care the night prior to delivery. Unfortunately, Meadowlark was too stressed to accept her litter. Thankfully, we had a lactating momma with newborn babes. Devonshire readily accepted the second litter and has been a devoted momma to the crew since the day they were born. Rufus clamors up into my lap for attention and enjoys curling up for a nap on a cozy lap. Rufus will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by age 7 months) starting 7/9/15.
Sparrow (ADOPTED)
Rock Sparrow was born on 5/14/15 to frightened, feral Meadowlark. Unfortunately, Meadowlark had given birth shortly after arrival in our home and found all the changes too stressful to accept her kittens. Thankfully, Devonshire had a newborn litter of her own and that gorgeous momma readily accepted the second litter as her own from day one. Sparrow is a snuggly little boy who will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by age 7 months) starting 7/9/15. Of note, Sparrow does have a heart murmur.
Myna (ADOPTED)
Myna Bird is the only female of the litter born to Meadowlark on 5/14/15. Myna and her siblings were raised by a surrogate momma after Meadowlark was sadly too stressed to care for her own kittens. Myna is a TALKER. She is opinionated about everything and not afraid to share her opinion. This gorgeous black wee will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of spay by age 7 months) starting 7/9/15.
Goose (ADOPTED)
Goose was born on 5/14/15 to feral momma Meadowlark. Sadly, Meadowlark was too stressed to accept her litter. Thankfully, Devonshire was nursing her newborns and readily accepted the new litter as her own from day one. Goose is a precious wee boy who looks more like his surrogate momma than his birth momma. This boy will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by age 7 months) starting 7/9/15.
Another litter of kittens was born to feral momma Boboli on 6/4/15. Thankfully, Boboli has been transitioning from feral to friendly thanks to the oxytocin coursing through her veins. Her brood of kittens will be available for adoption starting 7/30/15. Adoption fee: a fully refundable $50 each (with verifiable proof of spay/neuter by 7 months of age).
Boboli
Mora (ADOPTED)
Odessa (ADOPTED)
Hugo (ADOPTED)
Elmo (ADOPTED)
Olivia (ADOPTED)
Cosmos (ADOPTED)
Magnolia (ADOPTED)
Another family joined us as well. They came down with parvovirus shortly after their arrival. Thankfully, we are amazingly blessed that momma Luna and her three kittens all survived. They are expected to live a long, happy, healthy life. We have retested them at 6 weeks, and all four felines have cleared the virus. That means the whole family is now available for adoption. We will be getting Luna spayed soon.
Luna

Jojo
Jitterbug (ADOPTED)
Sicily (ADOPTED)
Sicily wandered up to people at a campsite in Austin, MN, looking for food. She's approximately 12 weeks old, and a complete sweetheart. Sicily has been dewormed and vaccinated against distemper. She is available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of spay by seven months of age).

Merlot joined us as well. He arrived as a 7-week-old kitten. The beautiful wee boy has an opinion he expresses with his wimpy voice. He's been dewormed and treated for ear mites Merlot is available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter).
