Just an amusing note...
Today... I get an Ipernity message.... that's fine.
Its from a group telling me I have been summerily zapped from it and I can if I wish ask one of the group admins for reasons.
Not bothered..... mainly because ......
I never belonged to the group..... EVER !!!
Never heard of the group ..... EVER !!!
The admins are unreachable as whoever they were (and it doesnt tell you !) they no longer have an account !!!
Sigh........ I live in an area where we have little or no cell reception.... and now I know something we have long suspected...
THIS IS THE TWILIGHT ZONE !!!

You almost made me spill my morning coffee.
Regarding Groups on here I say there are far too many with far too many members each and every one being a member of the entire block of "Groups" of which many have been inactive for several years.
I have had a few of my photos marked as Favorite by users that see them in the Group I post a few to. One or two have also shown up in other groups. Maybe this is what got you into the Group you've never heard of.
LOL

Maybe(not sure) but if someone IN the group invites someone outside the group to put a pic in ?
Some groups the Admins set it that only they can invite a pic... other have it set that any group member can invite. My 4 little groups are set that anyone can invite.
Thats just my guess

Oh to have a "seat" on Voyager... though... perhaps... we all have... a front row one way ticket to The Incredible.
"...... I'll bet you have thrown an 8 once in a while :)) ....." Ohh YES ! and always looking for the next 8. There is a Leonard Cohen song that contains the lines .. ".. Like any dealer, he was watching for the card that is so high and wild he'll never need to deal another ..."
That is the thrill of the Path Less Taken.. ! (no apologies for mixed up the quotes !)
