Yesterday the sun made ahother attempt at a long run but it didn't work. Today the weather is cold (16c) and raining.
This is not good.
We had two orthree dry but dull days leading up to yesterdaycwhich dried the grass up ready for another battle.
I wasn't involved after tweaking my back and spending most of th time on my back vibrating chair.
My wonderful daughter Ellen came rounnd with Mal in tow.
Mal started off by filling a crack on an upstairs windowsill.
Then the both set about the front garden and did a fine job.
After a beer break they switched to the back and got most of it done whrn my age old mower started billowing smoke so job over so near the end.
Still never mind the work they did was a massive help
My next job is to order a new mower while Isit here in my chair with heat and the lower back switch turned on full on the chair
