I haven't been writing much, nor following the Photo phun..
Sorry guys.. Just very tired from both the one medication and not being able to sleep comfortably. The Tendinitis is somewhat better but no bargain. And I'm trying to go minimal on the medication because yesterday my stomach was bothering me. That's almost as bad as the leg pain.. I'm not sure which is actually worse. But without it I feel slightly improved so I'm hope full that it will clear by end of week. I am working as much as possible from home. I can remote into my PC at work and it's just like I'm there. Some things I obviously can't do, but I also have the girl answering the phone doing some things for me.. Keep the volume of work under control so when I go back it's an easy jump back in. And hopefully they won't charge me for all the week out....

Our friend Pete is coming to stay for a bit tomorrow. He's driving up from Tennessee which is about a 16 hour drive. He'll be staying with us till Tuesday. That's fine but I feel bad because I can't be as good a hostess as normal. I have Rick cooking with me instructing. Only the very simplest of meals.. He tries but hey, he isn't going to become Chef Whiz overnight! But we won't die either...
Rick told Pete I had this so he's forewarned. He's like family so I'm not too worried. He's the husband of my friend that died suddenly last November. For those of you who don't know, he's been Ricks friend since school. His wife and I became very close friends after they married 26 years ago. When she passed last year from a sudden return of cancer that we thought she'd beaten, I was devastated. Obviously so was Pete. We immediately flew to Tennessee to try and help. He just retired last month right before her 1 year death anniversary, so I think he's trying to keep busy. He just may not get the kind of food he normally would! But he very likely will get to help decorate the tree. He's 6 foot 5 so he can do the top ornaments! It'll all work out I'm sure..

How sad for your friend, it must have been awful to suddenly lose his wife when he thought that she had beaten the cancer. Oh yes put him to work with the decorations!!! Glad to hear that Rick is giving you a hand and that you are resting. Keep resting and with a bit of luck your tendonitis will soon ease.
