Sorry folks, but property values in this neighbourhood are about to plummet as I’m hoping to be back amongst you properly in the next week or so.

I had hoped in the midst of all the technical problems I was having I’d have at least been able to get online occasionally to keep an eye on what other people were up to and post the odd comment, but as you guys now know that just never happened.

In the end we had to get my wife’s laptop rebuilt and I had to replace my main desktop PC altogether. You’d have thought that would have been an end to matters, but then I’d not counted on how long it would take me to reinstall all the various bits of software we use not to mention having to create our iTunes library from scratch as somehow it hadn’t been backed up with our other files.

Anyway, pretty much there now, just a couple of things offline to sort out and then as I’ve said I should have both the technology and the time to get back in amongst you all.

Hopefully, things haven’t changed too much whilst I’ve been away!
