It looks like a lovely place for a walk Rosa.........those horses are beautiful and everything looks so lush and green. I see you have Sophie on dog-walking duties - obviously to free up your hands for photo-taking duties :-)
I hope you have an enjoyable week. We went to Mottisfont House and Gardens (NT) today. It was far to busy for my liking, so we just had a quick wander around and a coffee and came home. They had the nearly the whole place on a one-way system and you couldn't walk slow or stop to take a photo because of people backed up behind you or overtaking too closely.
It's what we call our quick round walk Keith. More horses each time we walk there! Oh yes, she knows nan by now ;-))
It is such a problem with NT properties at the moment. I guess you had to book, so they should be more careful with their numbers. I still have not been able to visit Stourhead, but did go to King Alfred's Tower this morning, which is NT but out in the country with plenty of walks through the woods around it. There were a handful of cars but I hardly saw anyone. I hope we have a few more days of fine weather and you can enjoy the rest of the week closer to home.
I think if we visit another NT property we'll try and book very early or late afternoon. We had to book for 11am today, so a lot of people were already there. It's quite difficult to get a booking now as some places are really popular :-) Not their fault of course!
That looks a great walk to go on if you get to see such beautiful horses close up. I love the tail swish. Probably is flies but who knows. I think their tails are very expressive. Almost as good as cats.
