The 35 kV Hendrix insulators are quite oversized, especially for this application. They just don't look right on poles such as this, especially with the line running at less than 15,000 volts.

This pole originally had sky-yuk non-radio insulators with rubber ties, but I suspect the rubber ties must have failed recently, warranting the replacement with Hendrix visetops.
