I have to say, these are my favorite type of brackets visually and these poles I think are almost beautiful. I think one down side though is in terms of reliability. The phase spacing is so tight, which would make it a problem during heavy wind and ice (unless the conductors are insulated) and the steel brackets bolted next to each other would increase the problems for faults due to the fact that the brackets are conductors when an insulator gets damaged.
