No it doesn't!

I fear those glass insulators' days are numbered, and dread the likely arrival of the hideous 35 kV Hendrix insulators.

Wasn’t this circuit supposed to be upgraded to 13.2kV single phase in 2013?

I'm hoping one day Hendrix can create a new line of their insulators with the old school pin type profile. Their obvious advantage of their polyethylene material in their insulators is the resistance to bullets or other form of impact. I would image the "mushroom" shape with the sheds underneath would actually provide more layers of protection from a bullet as opposed to the sheds being sideways like the ones they make now exposing the inner parts more.
