thank you, Roger. Particularly relentless along the stretch of coast known as North Cliffs, between Porthcadjack and Rescajeage.
There! you gave me an opportunity to write those placenames which I enjoy getting my lips around! So thank you doubly! :o)

Andy Rodker replied to Xata:

I last went there at the time of this shot (2018) and my parents aren't getting any younger.
It is just possible that I may have to return to Cornwall to care for them - and because I might not be able to support myself in Spain any longer. I have to investigate whether it is possible to continue online classes with my students, from Cornwall. Tax, Brexit, other stuff, could all be factors to get in the way. But I don't want to abandon my girlfriend, who is now without work. Dilemmas, dilemmas, dilemmas!
And zillions of people around the world are also having to work out a very different future!!!

HFF Andy and a good weekend for you too. No mistaking that beautiful turquoise blue/green of the Cornish waters.

The warm colours are so lovely. Life is difficult for so many just now. The friends I saw today are old like me and are probably OK financially as long as our pensions continue to be paid. But we all say that we are glad to be old. With the pandemic, Brexit and climate change things don’t look promising but part of us still wants to be here to see how things turn out. Life is always taking unexpected turns.

It's that old Chinese curse, Jean.
(Yes you know what comes next, but I'm going to write it anyway)
