New Photos: February 25, 2018
I've been a bit late in starting up 2018 as far as line safaris go, but I managed a few photos at Gulf Power's substation in Pace, FL. This station steps 115 kV down to 12.47 kV, with six circuits for local distribution.

One interesting detail of this substation is the presence of unusual aqua glass post insulators, which support busbars on the 12.47 kV side. They are visible toward the back of the photograph below.
