Well at least one can get at it to perhaps save a life. Things like this are to be found along the Severn in Shrewsbury, but by the time one has found the code to get at it, the unfortunate person who has fallen in the river will be miles downstream.,

I know what you mean Amelia...........I spotted at least 2 more of these floating round in the water during my walk, which I guess is due to vandalism........so annoying. I left a message for the site wardens so I I. hope they recover them quickly.
