A cracking view despite the mist Herb. Viewed large you can easily see the city scape, which looks quite impressive.

I like the green of the fields and the autumn colours in the foreground. Nice one!

A shot I did not look for Keith, as we went for the fresh air and gold leaves of autumn. I got plenty of golds but this was a little bonus that I am very pleased that you enjoyed too. I always loved taking misty mood pictures but somehow, nowadays I don't come across very many.

Always worth going out just for the fresh air of course........and photos are a bonus.

I'd love to be taking some sunrise/sunset photos at this time of year, but I'd need to drive for those and due to my eye problems I can't drive when it's not good light, which is really annoying.

A great shot Herb,. a full zoom into the city is very atmospheric,./ when I worked in Manchester 'way back' the C.I.S building was the tallest in the UK.,. I found the trig point btw. on G/Earth
