Not my sort of food, but I have to admit it has been beautifully prepared and presented. It makes a delightful still life image Isabel. You've captured the colours and detail perfectly!
Not mine either on an everyday basis but from time to time I enjoy some animal proteins !
But you will enjoy the dessert I will show tomorrow.
For me the red line is industrial and processed food, canned food… only homemade and fresh.
