A most beautiful image and tree

Also called a holm oak or holly oak......this is really beautifully shaped tree Isabel. It has a very gnarly look to it, which I like very much.

I also like the surrounding landscape with the red flowers. Very nicely captured..!!

Flowers are oleanders, in nature you see them like colored serpentines indicating underground water courses. I love those old oaks, they are the emblematic tree on my region, olive trees came later, they have been imported maybe by the Fenicians 3000 years ago.
