I'm a landscape fan, and prefer the top one - but as in many of your photo's... you often name the plant... such as .''Raphanus raphanistrum''. etc. so it's close focus to feature the plant - and distance for the general view.... // Dj.

Plantes named in the keywords... I´ve been lazy, I know... just changed the title !

I think I like the farther focus best.

Oooh, that's a difficult question as I really like both images. On balance I think I prefer the bottom image as I like a sharp foreground and out of focus backgrounds most of the time.

I would definitely choose the upper photo.

The top one focusing on the tree which for me is the main subject, I understand that Diptychs are becoming trendy. Looking through the comments the top one seems to be favourite but they are a number of don't knows !!

I like the first one a little bit more !
