The ivy is very impressive looking.........but I would worry about the hold it has on the walls of the house. Damp would be a concern, but also the weight of the ivy!

It has been for sale for a long time with a patch of adjacent land - this has sold separately earlier in the year. All around the town houses seem to sell as soon as the board goes up. Perhaps they are just asking too high a price.
