Sadly a common scene nowadays............the decline of the high street has been a talking point for years now.........and no-one seems to know what the solution is,.

This was 4:15 so late in the day. The town on a Saturday has always been inclined to be quiet from mid afternoon just when I think of going out. My call as I went out the door was “I’m just going down to Woolworths I might buy a record, do you want some Pick ‘n Mix?” as if I was still a teenager:-)
