Rotmilan

Dieser Rotmilan (Milvus milvus) kreiste über dem Großen Torfmoor. Dieser knapp 1 kg wiegende Greifvogel hat eine Flügelspannweite von 150 bis 180 cm.

In Deutschland nehmen die Bestände seit 2010 wieder deutlich zu. Etwa die Hälfte des europäischen Bestandes brütet in Deutschland. In den Naturschutzgebieten sehe ich ihn regelmäßig.
