It's marvellous to see these places Diana'.. where many of us will never get to visit,.. Thank you for showing us,. BUT !!..... it might even be delicious but I think I'll give the sheep's head a wide swerve,. Btw. my mother had a U.K. cook book detailing ''Sheeps head broth'' I don't think we ever had any !,. Yes…food tastes have changed for us.. we are not compelled to use every scrap of an animal anymore as we have become wealthier. The heads are a wide swerve for me too…but once our forebears probably munched them enthusiastically!

It's not that easy not to lose the head while contemplating the startled looking sheep heads, but this shot of street life in that region is just brilliant!
