Grass Tree

Grass Trees (Xanthorrhoea spp) are native to Australia. They grow slowly, but are well adapted to surviving dry conditions and fires. Yes, there's a bench behind too, so Happy Bench Monday and have a good week, everyone.

What a great tree George and a super shot. The perfect name for this tree, - and I also noticed the bottom section is like a grass skirt , so quite exotic too!!!

HBM and have a good week ahead

A bit desperate as a bench picture but the tree does indeed look like a big clump of grass. Well done.

HBM, enjoy this hot week. Herb
