A great b/w with a strong contrast and an interesting composition of bright and dark - not what we usually get shown can be seen (a Highstreet maybe, with shops) but the rather ordinary facades of a backstreet with their quite interesting details. And of course he! With his bicycle, maybe on his way home after shopping?
A good story-telling image anyway.
Hope his second wheel will apear fully out of the shadow - otherwise he will stay what he actually is: a pedestrian pushing his bike.

If it's not a Banksy, it ought to be. If seeing this opportunity was pure chance as you passed by, it's truly serendipitous. You could wait a long time for the right subject in the best light.
