the chapel of the almshouses built for the city livery company of the ironmongers in 1712-14 by burford was given an apse and its 3-decker pulpit in c.1791 by richard jupp . robert geffrye's monument of 1704 came here from st.dionis backchurch in the city when that was demolished in 1878.
