The north wall of the abandoned Eugene steam plant, built in 1930. The plant supplied steam heat to buildings in downtown Eugene until 2012. Since then, the City of Eugene has been trying to entice an investor to develop the building into a post-industrial chic hipster hangout with overpriced food, drink, and shops (as seen in this video:
