Stations present a promise, promise of whatever the traveller has in mind. And railway stations have much more character than airports, which all look and feel the same.
There's a railwaymuseum in the city close where I live. At the entrance they have painted a text on the wall " never get on the train without your suitcase of dreams', ~sigh~ it always gives me goosebumps. Yes, I know, I'm a hopeless romantic:-)
Well, romantics don't need to be cured with pills, not yet at least. :-)
"Suitcase of dreams" is wonderful. It is like that box of chocolates in Forrest Gump. I just had to change the title. :-)
