Yes, Adele, that's the Scottish Saltire on the right. The Scottish Saltire has a diagonal cross because it represents the cross of Saint Andrew, Scotland’s patron saint — and according to tradition, Andrew was martyred on an X‑shaped cross, not the upright shape associated with Christ.
