I think these community officers provide a valuable asset to a town or city centre. I am now waiting to see a post of the Duke of Wellington with a pigeon on his head for a change. ;-)

Funnily enough, Amelia, when I passed the statue today, there was a pigeon on the Duke's head, and the traffic cone was on top of the pigeon.

I read about it on BBC news, and it might be staying there.
