Old Approach Viaduct
River Clyde, Glasgow
The old bridge between the Caledonian Railway Bridge and Glasgow Bridge in Glasgow was known as the Glasgow Central Station Bridge or sometimes referred to as the Old Approach Viaduct. It was constructed in the late 19th century and served as part of the railway infrastructure leading into Glasgow Central Station. The bridge's girders were removed in the 1960s, leaving only the piers as remnants.
