Is this based on a whale's rib cage? There is certainly some interesting culture in Glasgow, Joe. I remember it in the late 40s and very early 50s. A different kettle of fish entirely.

If you take a look at the website of the architects, it says:

"This curved and interlaced structure was designed to give the ground level of St Enoch Station a contemporary and dynamic look."
