This is the Royal Museum for Central Africa (also known as the AfricaMuseum) in Tervuren, Flanders. The museum is situated in the heart of a historic park. King Leopold II commissioned its construction, originally in 1897 as a temporary exhibition on the Congo. Following a thorough and critical refurbishment, it closed in 2013 and reopened in 2018 with a renewed, more critical perspective on the colonial past.
