road repairs are a scam. The technology and research has been done to create materials that are less expensive and would last a lot longer, but as with so many things now, planned obsolescence prevails and basically the world economy, if what I hear on National public radio and other media sources is true,... I mean if the propaganda is on target, The economy is suffering because of shoddy road repairs. I'm sure the auto makers want bad roads so their bad cars fall apart just so much quicker. Bad credit is a result of people not being able to keep ahead of the crummy products and services available. I am generalizing of course. There are good automobiles and products still being manufactured today. The saying, "you get what you pay for" couldn't be more true today. And what they paid for was an extra bump from the street to the alley for anyone who cuts that corner. The Bastards.

Together we can fix all these problems. Jet packs are a viable alternative to earth bound travel. But the prospect would cripple the automobile and airline industries which have blocked production of these devices since the early 1940's.
