Dear Ipernity friends
Hello!
It's been three months since my TKR surgery. With some PT sessions and daily exercises at home it seems I've made some progress. My 'new' knee is almost perfectly normal. Each day I can walk at a longer distance with less pain and more flexibility. . I know it's still a long way to full recovery but hopefully I'm getting there:)
