Das schaut ja noch richtig warm und sommerlich aus liebe Rosa,das ist schön,dass du da eine Runde unterwegs warst,diese Schiffe sind ja auch sehr schön dekoriert mit Blumen,da wird man sich auch eine schöne Runde am Kanal abfahren können,schön,dass du auch diese Aufnahmen gemacht hast :))

Thank you for your kind comment dear Günter. This canal was only a few miles from the castle I visited on the same day. There is a cycle path along the canal and quite a few pubs, if you get thirsty :-)

We occasionally drive to Newbury and walk a bit of the Kennet and Avon canal, but I've never been to Bradford-on-Avon. It looks very beautiful in your photo, especially in the lovely sunshine. There seem to be a lot of moored up canal boats, which I assume are semi-permanent for people who live onboard. I really like that willow tree on the left.

A lovely close up in the PiP as well............and a couple of nice floral displays. I suspect my wife might be interested in "Hasbeen Handbags" :-)))
