July, 1975, somewhere in Virginia. Do you think those two on the right have had it with the crafts?

So many interesting details! I thought at first that the kid at right was wearing platform shoes to go along with his plaid pants until I realized that his foot was in a cast. And, sorry, I just can't resist (feel free to sing along): Ist das nicht eine Schnitzelbank? Ja, das ist eine Schnitzelbank!

Alan, thanks for enlightening me as to what a schnitzelbank is. My grandfather used to sing the song but I never took the time to educate myself. No doubt I will be more confident the next time I have the opportunity to join in the chorus. Also when that old classic, "When My Bodger Walks Down the Street." is sung. ;) I do, sincerely, appreciate the info.

Ha ha, that must be similar to "When My Sugar Walks Down the Street"! My little bit of schnitzelbank knowledge comes from observing bodgers or their equivalents at various festivals and historic sites.
