It's amazing how some plants manage to get a foothold (roothold?) in the most unusual places. This is really beautiful.........and very nicely detailed. I particularly like the ornate guttering!

I am always amazed by plants, and it is incredible how they do this kind of thing. Really glad you like this photo.

And so much of Castle Combe was filled with details like the ornate gutter. While I love modernism, I also love this sort of thing!
