raingirl replied to Xata:

You'd think I would know a rain dance, but I don't. But I'll keep looking up in case it helps you with some rain.

A wonderful family of clouds drifting along, always changing and never to be seen again

raingirl replied to Peter Castell:

They were indeed a family!
And that is one of the delights of clouds, isn't it? That they drift and disappear. The only thing in my life that I feel good about even though I know it will be gone soon.

Sometimes, there's nothing more beautiful than a blue sky with a few white puffy clouds, such as this!

raingirl replied to Andy Rodker:

I'm always surprised at how different the blue of the sky looks at different times of day and year. Then the puffy clouds really set it off.

..............and by looking up you've seen some lovely cloudage (I know that's not a real word, but it seems appropriate and I like it)>

A gorgeous blue sky too. Very nicely captured Laura.

raingirl replied to Keith Burton:

Oh I like the word cloudage. Let's keep it. *smile*

I was drawn to the blue sky also, but the personality of the clouds made me take the photo.

Thank you, Keith!

Xata replied to raingirl:

But not now, nature is prepared to dry season. We need lots of it but not before October . A quick rainshower is nevertheless appreciated, we used to have 2 or 3 between July and August, but many years this doesn't occur...
