I like photographing and recording outdoor murals. Most will not survive for very long, but they often look brilliant and make an ordinary street scene more lively.

Sadly, if the current 3D view on Google maps is correct, it has been painted over in pale yellow. It still shows on their Street View, but the date on that is earlier. I am glad I caught it when I did.

The sea would have to rise by 30 metres to reach her chin!
The mural was in Hastings in East Sussex, England. The building has an electrical repair shop on the ground floor. It probably has flats or apartments on the other two floors.
