La fresque du 14e siècle montre le roi des goths Agripinus qui ordonne la décapitation de Principin, qui converti à la religion chrétienne vint en Gaule au 4e siècle pour trouver l'archevêque St-Martin-de-Tours et se faire baptiser. Recherché par les émissaires d'Agripinus. Il est retrouvé et décapité dans la vallée non loin de l'église de Châteloy.
