May I wish you all a Happy Fence Friday. This fence is next to the walkway across the estuary in Mandurah; the mural is one of a number on the bridge and in its surrounds. Public artwork is a major part of our city and brings joy and smiles to us regardless of the state of the world in general. Sometimes joy and smiles are all we have.
